Service Policies
New Client Policy: Consultations are required for all new clients before booking services. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A SERVICE BEFORE BOOKING A CONSULTATION IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT, EVEN IF YOU PRE-PAID FOR TREATMENTS.
Scheduling Policy: There is a minimum 72-hour wait time between sessions for clients who are receiving Laser Lipo, Ultrasonic Cavitation, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Face Lifts, and Wood Therapy.
Late Policy: Please try to arrive early for your appointment. There is a 15-minute grace period for all appointment start times. Appointments over 15 minutes late will be automatically cancelled - NO EXCEPTIONS. We understand that situations may happen. Running late will cause you to have a reduced appointment time for the day. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice.
Cancellation Policy: Non-emergency same day cancellations will have a $25 cancellation fee added to their next appointment. No-call, no-shows will have ONE option to reschedule with a $50 no-show fee added to their next appointment. Clients who no-show more than once or are consistently late will no longer be able to receive services, and all forthcoming services will be cancelled. This policy is strictly enforced.
